我是外贸新手，最近香港有个客户来下单，说是做100%L/C，我以前没有接触过，想请教一下做这个的风险有多少？做常见的付款方式是什么啊？接L/C要注意什么？ 回复1：风险有多少要看信用证里面的内容是怎么样的，是既期的还是远期的？有没有不能满足他的条件，如果有，就会产生不符点，你就拿不到钱。白给他做了！还有没有软条款等。 常见的付款方式有T／T和L／C两种！ 回复2：做外贸，尤其是新客户彼此不怎么了解对方资信状况，很多就用信用证，它在外贸中很常见，而且很严格，在我们国家就更加了，我国法律很苛刻，审单审证就要严谨！你做外贸不知道怎么操作信用证可真的不行啊。我是在校学生，也就要毕业了！就在这几年的学习中，涉及信用证的知识内容可不少，稍有差错要是对方最后不想要这货，找出点小问题，你的交易就算完了！所以还是建议你也去学习了解下信用证为妙。

2. 100%L/C的忧虑

现在再要求买方作任何额外的事情买方都可能拒绝。先试试能否保兑。不行的话，只有自己这边想办法，投保出口收汇险吧。这虽然会增加费用，但多一道保障啊！

3. 100%D/P 和L/C 哪个更安全?

巴基斯坦的客户基本都是比较难缠的, 无论在价格上还是在付款上. 

最好是T/T发货前付全款. 如果不可能的话, D/P和L/C, 只能选L/C了, 但是一定要尽量争取你来指定银行, 找有声望的国家大银行, 不过这点很难, 客户一般都不会答应重新找大银行开户, 除非你比较幸运, 客户开证行正好是大银行.

巴基斯坦的信用证比较的麻烦, 软条款非常多, 有些信用证, 银行都不会给你保兑的. 所以在他开正式信用证之前一定让他给你一个DRAFT, 看看有没有你不能接受的条款.

6. L/C 100% 和L/C at sight 是一回事吗？

是两个概念，L/C100%意思是全额信用证，而L/C AT SIGHT意思是见到信用证的相符的汇票和单据后立即付款。

8. 100% L/C信用证 是什么意思

就是说全部的货款都由信用证支付，你们将不会得到任何的定金，你们生产的时候要自己垫资，你们要出货后将相关单证交银行而且没有不符点的情况才可以得到全部货款，信用是相对比较安全的也是对买卖双方比较公平的付款方式，不过在做信用证的时候最好调查一下对方银行的资信，因为信用证开出来后就是由银行根据单证支付货款，跟买方关系不大，只要给银行提供正确的单证银行就必须付款，而不是由买家决定付不付款，所以使用信用证做为付款方式交易，银行的资信比买方更重要。
